Is there an extra charge for these swim stations? 🤵🏻If you're a registered guest, you have free access to our swim stations. 👤Are the swim stations open 24 hours, like the rest of the gym? 🤵🏻To conserve electricity, the stations operate only from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m.  👤I'll go down there as soon as I can! 🤵🏻I don't think you'll be disappointed. People really seem to like the swim stations. 2️⃣Conversation 👤Does this hotel have a pool? 🤵🏻I'm sorry, sir, we don't have one. روز جهانی راهنمایان گردشگری؛ پاسداشت خاطره‌آفرینان

سفر و‌ گردشگری با خاطره و خاطره‌سازی همراه است. آنچه که در آخر هر سفر باقی می‌ماند بیش از تجربه‌ها، خاطره‌هاست و هر اندازه تاثیر خاطره‌ها بر روح و جان گردشگر بیشتر باشد، باز آفرینی آن، دلنشین‌تر خواهد بود. اما چه کسی یا چه کسانی می‌توانند در گردشگری نقش مستقیم درخاطره‌آفرینی گردشگران را رقم بزنند. واژه راهنمای گردشگری یا تور لیدر برای گردشگران و مسافران واژه دور از ذهنی نیست. فردی که می‌تواند علاوه برآرامش و مدیریت سفر، یک خاطره کوچک ‌را به خاطره‌ای بزرگ و فراموش نشدنی، تبدیل کند. بدون تردید، راهنمای سفر نقش کلیدی یک رابط میان محیط ( جامعه میزبان)، گردشگران و سایر ذی‌نفعان را ایفا می‌کند. هر چه راهنمای سفر در کارش موفق‌تر باشد، کوله‌باری که گردشگر با خود به ارمغان می‌‌برد نیز غنی‌تر بوده و رضایت وی از سفرش بیشتر خواهد بود و جوامع مرتبط نیز بیش از پیش، منتفع می‌شوند.  دوم اسفندماه برابر با ۲۱ فوریه به نام روز جهانی راهنمای گردشگری تعیین شده و به لحاظ اهمیت و جایگاه این شغل در تقویم جهانی نیز به ثبت رسیده است.  از سال ۱۹۹۰ و پس از تشکیل فدراسیون جهانی راهنمایان، روز راهنمای گردشگری در بسیاری ازنقاط جهان جشن گرفته می‌شود. راهنمای گردشگری به عنوان یکی از قدیمی‌ترین شغل‌های جهان بوده و انتخاب یک روز در تقویم جهانی نیز بیانگر شغل و حرفه‌ای ارزشمند، مورد توجه و با اهمیت شناخته شده است. راهنمایان گردشگری می‌کوشند تا زیبایی‌های فرهنگی، تاریخی و طبیعی میهن خود و سایرنقاط جهان را به نحوی شایسته معرفی کنند. صد البته راهنمایان گردشگری، سفیران فرهنگی هستند و به عنوان کلید مقاصد، دنیایی از مجهولات موجود در جامعه‌ میزبان را برای میهمانان به معلومات تبدیل می‌کنند. این گشایش درها زمانی راحت‌تر امکان‌پذیر می‌شود که درجه‌ اطلاعات و آگاهی‌های راهنما نیز در حد مقبولی باشد؛ به عبارتی آگاهی‌های او در حکم ابزار کار وی است و هر چه این ابزار مرغوب‌تر، دقیق‌تر، ظریف‌تر و کارآمدتر باشد، روند خاطره‌سازی نیز، بهترو عمیق‌ترصورت می‌پذیرد به ویژه در شرایطی که وجود تکنولوژی موجب هوشمندسازی در سفر شده و گردشگران هوشمند خواستار راهنمایان هوشمند در سفر هستند. چند سالی می‌شود که در کشور ما نیز همگام با سایر کشورهای جهان، روز راهنما گرامی داشته می‌شود. شاید فعالیت راهنمایان ایران به دلیل بعضی متغیرها مانند کمبود زیرساخت‌ها، شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی و انتظارات گردشگران، دشوار و سخت‌تر باشد ولیکن با وجود برخی مشکلات، راهنمایان فرهیخته، توانمند و فعال گردشگری در ایران، عاشقانه برای معرفی ایران عزیز درتلاش‌اند و نیز برای سربلندی و شکوه میهن می کوشند. این شغل هنوز در ایران از طرف بسیاری از بخش‌های دولتی و خصوصی ناشناخته مانده است. امید است همراه با پاسداشت و تبیین خدمات ارزشمند راهنمایان، این روز جهانی فصلی نو‌ در گردشگری و شغل راهنمایان پدید آورد. مغتنم است نیکو روز جهانی راهنمایان را به تمامی فعالان این عرصه تبریک گفته و با ابراز امتنان از تلاشهای ارزنده این عزیزان، توفیق و شادمانی برایشان آرزومند باشیم. حسن تقی‌زاده انصاری - رئیس جامعه گردشگری الکترونیکی ایران

به گزارش سرویس اخبار خارجی هتل‌نیوز ، گروه هتلداری 3H پس از خرید 10.25 میلیون دلاری یک هتل با برند Residence Inn از گروه هتل‌های بین‌المللی Marriott در حال برنامه‌ریزی برای توسعه سایت Brickell واقع در "میامی" است. گروه 3H یک شرکت هتلداری است که دفتر مرکزی آن در "تنسی" آمریکا قرار گرفته و برای هر متر مربع از واحدهای خود بالغ بر 2140 دلار هزینه کرده است. مجموعه جدید خریداری شده توسط شرکت 3H دارای چهار است. فروشنده این مجتمع قصد داشته تا هتل Residence Inn تحت نظارت گروه هتل‌های Marriott با 206 اتاق را احداث نماید.

روز سه‌شنبه مورخ 30 / 11 / 97 در موزه بزرگ خراسان رضوی، شاهد برگزاری همایشی بودیم که ماموریت‌ها و وظایف معاونت سرمایه‌گذاری توسط همکار عزیزم جناب اقای "احمد دیناری" نویسنده، مدرس و معاون این حوزه برگزار شد که جای تقدیر و تشکر دارد. هر چند اکثریت قریب به اتفاق دوستداران این صنعت، کم و بیش از فعالیت‌های این حوزه آگاهی نسبی دارند اما آنچه که به نظر اینجانب به عنوان چالش‌های بزرگ این معاونت به حساب می‌آید به شرح زیر است. ۱ - اولین چالش نبود نظارت مستمر و دقیق از زمان شروع عملیات ساختمانی یک واحد گردشگری است. متاسفانه تاکنون تنها هنر سازمان، صدور موافقت اصولی و تصویب نقشه‌های عملیاتی تاسیسات گردشگری است و پس از آن شخص سرمایه‌گذار به حال خود رها شده و نظارتی بر ساخت و ساز و اجرای پروژه نمی‌شود. پس از چند سال که عملیات ساختمانی به اتمام می‌رسد، مرحله تطبیق توسط کارشناسان ذی‌ربط آغاز شده و تازه متوجه تغییرات به وجود آمده در فرایند ساخت می‌شوند که با صرف هزینه‌های گزاف، بایستی اصلاحات لازم طبق نقشه مصوب به عمل آید.  ۲ - دومین چالش بزرگ این معاونت عدم اشراف و آشنایی کارشناسان این بخش به تجهیزات تاسیسات گردشگری به ویژه هتل است.  پس از تقسیم معاونت گردشگری به دو بخش گردشگری و سرمایه‌گذاری در سال ۱۳۸۵ اکثر قریب به اتفاق نیروهای این معاونت، مهندسین معمار و عمران هستند و افرادی که آشنایی با تجهیزات هتلی باشند، دیده نمی‌شود. حال سئوال این است با توجه به اینکه تجهیز واحدهای اقامتی در این معاونت، تعریف شده و معاونت مزبور فاقد نیروهای کارشناسی آشنا به امور تجهیز می‌باشند، چگونه بر روند تجهیز که یکی از مهمترین بخش‌های استانداردسازی و درجه‌بندی است، نظارت می‌کنند؟! ۳ - سومین چالش بزرگ این معاونت، فقدان ضوابط تجهیزات برابر درجه و استانداردهای موجود است.  متاسفانه تاکنون ضوابط تجهیزاتی واحدهای اقامتی به ویژه هتل، توسط سازمان مرکزی و معاونت سرمایه‌گذاری تهیه و تدوین نشده و سرمایه‌گذاران این بخش در سراسر کشور با اتکا به سلیقه شخصی و با به خدمت گرفتن مشاور، اقدام به تجهیز هتل خود می‌نمایند. همه می‌دانیم که تجهیز یک هتل یک ستاره با پنج ستاره بسیار متفاوت است. آیا وقت آن نرسیده که ضوابط و تجهیزات مورد لزوم تاسیسات گردشگری به ویژه هتل‌های یک تا پنج ستاره تدوین شود تا سرمایه‌گذاران این بخش از سردرگمی بیرون آمده و از صرف هزینه‌های بیهوده و گزاف جلوگیری شود؟ البته ذکر این نکته نیز باعث‌ تعحب است که بر اساس ماده یک آئین‌نامه ایجاد و اصلاح، هنوز تعدادی از تاسیسات گردشگری حتی فاقد ضوابط ساخت و ساز هستند چه برسد به ضوابط تجهیز!!! ۴ - چهارمین چالش این معاونت عدم وجود شرکت‌های مشاور دارای رتبه و صاحب صلاحیت است. همه ما می‌دانیم که ساخت یک هتل با ساخت یک واحد مسکونی، آموزشی و بیمارستانی تفاوت داشته و به دنبال آن، تجهیز یک واحد اقامتی با منزل مسکونی یا یک بیمارستان نیز متفاوت است. چرا در این مدت معاونت سرمایه‌گذاری کشور اقدام به شناسایی و آموزش مهندسین معمار و ارشیتکت ننموده و آنها را با ضوابط و مقررات این حوزه اشنا نکرده تا با کسب تجربه و تبحر، آنان را به مهندسین هتل‌ساز، تبدیل نماید؟ در کشور و به ویژه در شهر مشهد، افراد زیادی را می‌شناسم که به صورت پراکنده و متفرق، اقدام به تجهیز هتل و سایر واحدهای اقامتی می‌نمایند. چرا تاکنون شرکت‌های مشاور صاحب صلاحیت به منظور ارائه خدمات مشاوره تجهیز به سرمایه‌گذاران ایجاد نگردیده تا با کمترین هزینه بیشترین بهره‌وری را به وجود آورند ؟ افراد زیادی وجود دارند که تصور می‌کنند هر چقدر تجهیزات گران‌تری بکار ببرند، باعث ارتقای درجه واحد خود می‌شوند ولیکن می‌دانیم این امر صحت ندارد.  اهمیت این موضوع را در دو دیداری که با معاونت وقت سرمایه‌گذاری کشور داشتم، اعلام کردم و متاسفانه توجهی به آن نشد. البته معاونت مزبور، امروزه به شدت با کمبود نیروی انسانی مواجه است و قطعا با استخدام و بکارگیری نیروهای ماهر و متخصص این مشکلات مرتفع خواهد شد. هر چند تعدادی از چالش‌ها و ‌کمبودها به معاونت سرمایه‌گذاری مستقر در پایتخت مربوط می‌شود.  به امید روزی که همه از حرف و شعار کم کنیم و عمل را پیشه کار خود کنیم که کشور عزیزمان ایران اکنون به شدت بدان نیازمند است. سید جعفر زراعتی - کارشناس گردشگری و رئیس گروه توسعه گردشگری و بازاریابی

مدیر بهره‌برداری خوب یا موسس خوب؟! هتل‌ساز یا هتلدار؟

شهر مشهد به واسطه ورود بالغ بر 25 تا 30 میلیون گردشگر داخلی و خارجی ( زیارتی - سلامت و ...) و وجود مضجع مطهر امام رضا ( ع ) و همچنین سایر جاذبه‌های تاریخی و فرهنگی، تجاری و انسان‌ساخت ضمن برخورداری از زیرساخت‌های شاخص حمل و نقل هوایی، ریلی و جاده‌ای و ... مقصدی بی‌بدیل و رقابت‌ناپذیر در عرصه گردشگری است.  ولیکن تلاش‌ها در جهت کیفی‌سازی ورود گردشگران و بهره‌برداری بهینه و موثر از حضور آنها مهم‌تر از کمیت حضور ورود ایشان است. این تجربه‌ای است که سایر کشورها و شهرهای گردشگرپذیر دنیا نیز آن را اصل و اساس کار خود قرار می‌دهند تا ظرفیت تحمل گردشگری مقاصد، تحت تاثیر ورود بی‌برنامه و غیر هدفمند گردشگران قرار نگیرد و مقاصد گردشگری که فضاهایی جذاب، آرامش‌بخش و امید بخش هم برای گردشگران و هم برای مجاوران که میزبانان اصلی هستند، باشند.  لذا تعداد بالای ورود گردشگر به هر مقصد گردشگری به ویژه مقاصدی که نهایی هستند هم می‌تواند فرصت باشد و هم تهدید. فرصتی جهت افزایش درآمد پایدار، پویایی اقتصادی، نشاط اجتماعی، رشد فرهنگی و اجتماعی، افزایش اعتبار و برندسازی مقاصد، اشتغال‌زایی پایدار، رونق سرمایه‌گذاری و... و تهدید به دلایل امنیتی، ریسک سرمایه‌گذاری، کاهش ماندگاری، فشار غیر قابل تحمل بر زیرساخت‌های مقصد، کاهش سهم شهروندان از خدمات شهری، افزایش هزینه‌های خدمات شهری و ... پر واضح است که ارزش افزوده یکی از مزایای پروژه‌های گردشگری و هتلداری به ویژه در مقاصدی همچون مشهد مقدس است و بین این ارزش افزوده با نزدیکی و دوری از حرم مطهر رضوی ارتباط مستقیم و تنگاتنگی وجود دارد. یعنی هر چه پروژه‌ها به حرم مطهر رضوی نزدیک‌تر می‌شوند، ارزش افزوده بالا می‌رود و بالعکس هر چه دورتر می‌شوند، کمتر می‌شود.  به دفعات مشاهده می‌گردد که هتلدار عزیزی از کاهش درصد اشغال اتاق‌های در حال بهره‌برداری خود در موقعیت‌های مختلف می‌نالد اما همزمان در حال توسعه فیزیکی هتل و افزایش ظرفیت تخت و فضاهای دیگر آن است!!! این موضوع حکایت از اصل ارزش افزوده این قبیل پروژه‌ها به ویژه در شهرهایی همچون مشهد دارد و همچنین اهمیت بازاریابی نوین و هدفمند در افزایش درصد اشغال اتاق و سایر فضاهای خدماتی هتل‌ها. ضمن آنکه اصول سرمایه‌گذاری حکم می‌کند که سرمایه‌گذار قبل از هرگونه اقدام اجرایی و عملیاتی سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش گردشگری و هتلداری، دست به بررسی، تحقیق و تحلیل بازار، ویژگی‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در مقصد مورد نظر، تهیه طرح توجیهی و تجاری، کسب مشورت از دست اندرکاران و ... بزند و پس از حاصل شدن یقین جهت توجیه سرمایه‌گذاری، دست به این عمل بزند. سازمانی همچون میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری که متولی اصلی گردشگری و هتلداری در کشور است نقش سیاست‌گذاری، صدور مجوزهای لازم احداث و بهره‌برداری، نظارت بر عملکرد و نحوه ارائه خدمات و ارائه مشاوره‌های فنی و تخصصی و هدایت‌گری و راهنمایی سرمایه‌گذاران را بر عهده دارد تا به سمت و سوی سرمایه‌گذاری‌های معقول و دارای توجیه مناسب اقتصادی حرکت کنند و لذا هدایت‌گری مهم‌تر از اصل صدور مجوز است و این خود سرمایه‌گذار است که با بررسی‌های اشاره شده در سطرهای فوق و اخذ راهنمایی‌های لازم از دستگاه متولی، تشخیص می‌دهد در چه حوزه‌ای مجوزهای لازم را دریافت نماید. لذا مدیریت و ساماندهی سرمایه‌گذاری و نوع آن بسیار مهم‌تر از تعداد سرمایه‌گذاری است. دقیقا همچون مبحثی که در تعداد گردشگران ورودی به آنها اشاره شد. پس باید پشت هر سرمایه‌گذاری در عرصه گردشگری یک تفکر علمی و منطقی و خارج از هرگونه هیجان به واسطه جذابیت‌های این صنعت لوکس، حساس و ظریف باشد و بازاریابی نوین و هدفمند محور اصلی فعالیت‌ها پس از بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد. در غیر اینصورت ما ایجاد کنندگان یا موسسین خوبی خواهیم بود تا بهره‌برداران و مدیران بهره‌برداری خوب و اثر بخش ! واقعیت این است که زمین تا آسمان فرق است بین هتل‎ساز و هتلدار ...!!! هتل‌سازی بدون هتلداری اقدامی عبث و بی‌اثر خواهد بود. هتلداری یک تفکر و نگاه خاص به سرمایه‌گذاری در عرصه واحدهای اقامتی است و صرفا مالکیت نمی‌تواند دلیل محکمی برای موفقیت شما باشد.  زمانه تغییر کرده ما هم باید تغییر کنیم. احمد دیناری – معاون سرمایه‌گذاری اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان خراسان رضوی
