Implementation of smart travel protocol and drastic reduction of accommodation in Gilan province

Hamid Reza Azarpour, the province's deputy director of tourism, explained;   During the days of  April, 98,866 people have been accommodated in the province's accommodation facilities.  This figure was 2 million and 919 thousand people during the Eid al-Fitr holiday last year.  This statistic refers to people who have settled in accommodation centers under the supervision of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.

The construction project for the Khorramabad Rock Hotel began in 1998, but 21 years later, there is still no news of its opening.   The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Lorestan Province stated in his last statement that there is no news about the investor of this hotel.   According to Seyed Amin Ghasemi, the hotel's main investor, he will not attend any meetings, and the project is completely uncertain.
