Behnam Eftekharian, CEO of Iran-Asia Tourism Development Company, said;  In Iran, it takes between 5 and 7 years for the tourism industry to return to normal situation of two years ago.  About 50 to 60 percent of tourism companies have lost their human resources due to the Corona outbreak.  Illegal guesthouses make more money from virtual tourism tours.  None of the promises made on loans, unemployment insurance, taxes, etc. given to tourism facilities have been fulfilled.

Following a joint meeting at the Deputy Minister of Tourism, the executive instructions on how to issue a "Agricultural Tourism" license were communicated and implemented.  Representatives from the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Organization, Rural Affairs, the National Center for Strategic Studies in Agriculture and Water, and the Chamber of Commerce attended the meeting.  With the final approval of the Agricultural Tourism Implementation Guidelines, issuing a specialized license in this area is ppossible now.

210 billion tomans have been invested in tourism projects in Bushehr province.  Construction of two 4- and 5-star hotels and a traditional accommodation are among the tourism projects under construction in Bushehr province.
