All reservations have been canceled and we have refunded the full payment without any penalty.
There are no disinfectants; no gloves, no hygiene or alcohol.
We have asked the Chamber of Commerce to allocate a separate quota to the city's hotels where guests are traveling, but we have not received any answer yet.
