Airbnb, a US-based rental company, has announced that it will lay off 25 percent of its employees worldwide due to the economic consequences of the Coronavirus outbreak.
In a letter to the company's employees, the CEO of Airbnb announced that he had no choice but to fire 1,900 of them.
Dismissed employees will receive all their legal wages.
