According to the terms of the contract, the Rixos group will independently execute, develop, and refurbish the palace, and will also manage and operate it after its official opening.Under the agreements, the group will proceed with the construction of a hotel within the palace premises, with its architectural style aligned with the palace environment and customer expectations. The plan is to establish a Rixos-branded hotel within the palace. Preparations for operations inside the palace are expected to be completed soon, with the palace being transferred for development and refurbishment operations in the near future.
